A timeless, earth-based cosmology for aligning with life’s most powerful cycles
✶
You might not have words for it yet… But you’ve felt it.
The quiet shift in energy as seasons change.
The way your motivation rises and falls without explanation.
The subtle pull toward rest, growth, connection, or release.
These aren’t random.
They’re patterns.
And once you begin to recognize them—not intellectually, but experientially—you start to realize something important:
You don’t need to force your life to work.
You need to learn how to work with it.
That’s exactly what Cycles in Harmony is for.
It’s not a belief system, not another rigid structure to follow, but a way of seeing, tracking, and living in relationship with the natural rhythms already shaping our experiences.
After all, within those rhythms, everything already organizes and takes care of itself.

Modern life teaches us to avoid pain, pursue pleasure, and push forward endlessly… But, Nature doesn’t actually work that way—so, neither do we.
Life becomes clearer when we stop forcing structure and start following rhythm.
Cycles in HarmonyTM translates the rhythms of nature—geographic and cosmic—into practical tools for self-awareness, personal growth, and lifestyle design.
And, if you’re anything like me, understanding the cycles is just the beginning… Living them is how everything changes.

My name is mayryanna.
I am a Creatrix and Metaphysician from the Colorado Rockies. I’m the one channeling and curating this information, building this website, developing The Onescent Dial, and publishing all the tools you’ll find in the Onesce Ecosystem.
Feel free to jump around to any of the information or tools that you find most useful, otherwise, I’d love to let you in on my motivations…
My friends call me May
I’ve been on a lifelong journey of healing. I’ve had to befriend my demons, reclaim my innocence, and forgive the monsters in my life… Not for them. Well, not only for them.
‘Cause that’s the thing. Finding my own way out of hell on Earth and into heaven on Earth wasn’t easy at all… But that’s also how I know, if I can do it—anyone can.
Freedom doesn’t have a dollar tag, and it never has. Our true liberty begins and ends within us. It’s not as simple as intuition, but it’s not so complex that you have to tithe your way into some sort of pardon either.
The power I’ve discovered—the power we all have—is endlessly felt by each one of us. It can never be taken away or violated. It can never be bought or sold… And it is this part of you that I am already connecting with.
Welcome back; welcome home. Now, let’s work on helping you feel safe, valuable, and sovereign again too.
✶
Tuning Back Into the Wisdom of Nature
The bridge between spirituality & structured lifestyle design
This is not about religion.
This is not about doctrine or dogma.
This isn’t even about culture or tradition.
It goes so much deeper than any construct or institution we’ve created to try and encapsulate or control it…
This is about humanity remembering its own connection to Nature.

Let me be real with you.
The religious trauma, I feel it; I am a survivor myself. The righteous anger for what’s been revealed about people who’ve abused their positions of authority (often using faith as a means to do so), it burns in me too.
However, we do not take our power back by blaming the power for the actions of those who have misused it. We must be willing to find the strength we want to see in the world within ourselves, becoming truly empowered, which requires us to recognize our core: the human spirit, the life force… I dare say, Nature herself.

I will never ask you to believe anything, but I will ask you a lot of “deep” questions… Because that’s where the truth is: inside each and every one of us, every creature, and even things we’ve deemed “inanimate” in modern times. Sure, it may appear like things have varying degrees of “life,” but just like a video-game, it’s all essentially made of the same “code.”
Where does the code come from? I couldn’t really say… I have some of my own suspicions, but truly, I’m not convinced that understanding the origins of life is essential for living a good one. I am however, very convinced that noticing patterns within the conditions of life can provide some interesting context, depth, and dimension to the “matrix” we’re apart of.
So, no—this cosmology is not about trying to solve “the great mysteries of existence.” Instead, I offer only observations of true, natural, and sustainable power. I’ve been a student of Nature, of spirit, and of observation for as long as I can remember. I have learned so much… Not rules, not laws; rhythms and patterns and flows.
Despite humanity’s compounding attempts to rule, dominate, and claim her, Nature remains indominable. Nature cleanses. Nature heals. Nature continues on perpetually fulfilling itself, always, and in all ways.

We are a part of this too. Try as we might to separate ourselves from dirt and decay, we can’t help but feel the pulses of her turning, churning, and revolving persistence within and all around us. In our hearts’ beating. In our lungs’ breathing. In the sun’s waxing and waning light and the patterns of experience that cascade across our planet as a result…
That’s the type of thing you will find within this cosmology: appreciation. Invitations to remember who you really are, where you really are, and what this life really is. You will find nourishment, activation, fulfillment, and integration—everything Nature gives, perpetually and endlessly—because I know, fully and completely, there is nothing more wonderful that could ever be offered.
I hope you’ll join me in the indulgence,

The Cycles That Shape Life
The cosmic symphony that plays out across all terrestrial life

The Solar Cycle
The primary organizing force of life on Earth
At the foundation of Cycles in Harmony’s temporal mechanics is the solar cycle, which governs the turning of the days and seasons here on Earth.
This is the rhythm all of us can feel, even if we’ve never studied it or don’t live in close proximity to natural spaces. Within its revolutions, we learn:
- There are times for beginning
- Times for building
- Times for celebrating
- And times for releasing
Spring doesn’t ask trees to bear fruit and winter doesn’t demand constant growth, and yet, we often expect these things from ourselves. It’s living counter to our needs that makes us feel vulnerable, not the needs themselves.
When we begin to use the seasons as a guide, life becomes less about pressure and more about participation.

꩜ RECOGNIZING PATTERNS: THE PHASES
The Cycles in Harmony phases align with the solar rhythm—one of the most tangible and steady cycles we experience on Earth—unfolding through the seasons.
Each phase reflects a distinct energetic movement:
- Nourish
In winter, aligned with Winter Solstice and the new light cycle, we enter the phase of nourishment and intention. This is the quality of womb energy: where stillness becomes fertile ground for what is to come. - Activate
Spring, marked by the Spring Equinox and the shift into the light-dominant half of the year, carries the phase of activating growth. Ideas are seeded, warmth steadily returns, and fertility begins to bloom. - Fulfill
The summer, spanning from solar zenith at the Summer Solstice until darkness again tips the scales in the fall, embodies fulfillment and illumination. This is the climax, when potentials ripen and energy reaches peak expression. - Integrate
Autumn, from the Equinox until the cycle begins again, invites integration and reflection. It’s when we gather what has been cultivated and light begins its gentle descent once more.
Together, these phases create a continuous cycle, a rhythm Nature returns to again and again, each time offering us deeper awareness. Even in non-temperate climates, patterns emerge through the interplay of comic forces and our own geological location.
𖦏 To explore the phases from your location (or others), try The Onescent Dial.

The Wheel
Seasonal thresholds within the cycle
The Sabbats mark the turning points of the solar cycle, representing eight moments that anchor the continuous flow of seasonal change into something we can recognize, observe, and honor.
More than dates on a calendar, they are thresholds. Even those that do not represent a Solstice or Equinox are based on traditional agrarian festivals from Pagan Europe.
Each Sabbat represents a shift in the relationship between light and dark, growth and rest, expression and return. During periods of human history when our relationship to Nature ensured our survival, these points were celebrated, remembered, and passed down because of their significance. This makes them natural moments to pause, reflect, and realign, even—or perhaps especially—in our increasingly disconnected modern era.
This isn’t about tradition for tradition’s sake. Here too, it’s about pattern recognition… And the patterns are starting to line up.
When we follow the Wheel of the Year, we begin to notice:
- Where we are within the larger cycle of light and life
- What is naturally rising, peaking, or receding
- And the invitations each turning point offers

꩜ ANCHORING THE RHYTHM: THE SABBATS
While the seasons guide the movement of the cycle, the Sabbats mark its turning points.
They are the moments where change becomes visible; when we can feel the shifts:
WINTER: NOURISH
SPRING: ACTIVATE
- Ostara (Spring Equinox), balance and emergence
- Beltane, vitality and commitment
Based on the stations of the sun and the “cross-quarter days” between them, each Sabbat is not a fixed rule or required ritual, but a window into what is naturally unfolding on Earth due to cycles of light. These solar-guided holy days offer a way of noticing and furthermore, participating in these natural shifts.
The Wheel helps us remember that we are not separate from these cycles. When we begin to track these thresholds, the year no longer feels like something that happens to us. Even if you’re not in the Northern Hemisphere, the patterns emerge globally.
𖦏 To explore the Sabbats within your own environmental rhythm, visit The Onescent Dial.

The Zodiac Cycle
Archetypal representations of the cycle’s progressive stages
Each zodiac sign represents a different quality of experience—an archetype that mirrors what is unfolding both in nature and within us—rather than static character traits.
This isn’t about identity labels or personality types.
Here too, it’s about pattern recognition.
When we line up the solar cycle with the zodiac, we discover a language that helps us understand:
- What kind of energy is present, the layers and their synthesis
- How to move with what’s arising for you, instead of along with any dominant tide
- And the natural energetic exchanges that serve as guideposts, even when they may also represent opportunity costs

꩜ REFINING THE RHYTHM: THE ZODIAC
While the seasons show us the movement of the cycle, the zodiac reveals its textures.
As the Earth orbits the Sun, the light we experience is not static—it shifts in quality, tone, and expression. The zodiac maps these subtle changes, offering twelve distinct windows into how energy moves, builds, stabilizes, and transforms throughout the year:
WINTER: NOURISH
SPRING: ACTIVATE
SUMMER: FULFILL
AUTUMN: INTEGRATE
A sign is not simply a personality or symbol, it represents a living moment within the cycle of light on Earth; an expression of Nature in motion. Together, they form a complete energetic language that has helped humanity interpret and describe, not only the world around us, but the patterns within us for millennia.
By observing the zodiac alongside the phases, we begin to recognize not just where we are in the cycles, but how we move through them. It shows each phase expressing itself dynamically, offering valuable perspective, like the Wheel of the Year’s Sabbats.
𖦏 To explore how the Zodiac may be affecting your experience, visit The Onescent Dial.

The Lunar Cycle
Environmental & emotional reflections of life’s processes
Within these broader cycles, the moon offers a more immediate rhythm, and provides us with a complete cycle that we can observe within a single month.
It shows us:
- When it’s time to nurture
- When to activate
- When to fulfill
- And when to integrate
Despite its more rapid repetitions, the moon still doesn’t rush, moving through all of its phases each and every time. Therefore, when we begin to follow its phases, we really start to notice something subtle but powerful: our inner worlds want to move in this natural cycle too.

꩜ FEELING THE RHYTHM: LUNA’S FLOW
The lunar cycle brings the rhythm closer, revealing something quietly profound: our inner world moves in cycles too.
While the solar cycle shapes the broader arc of our experience, and the Sabbats and Zodiac help us recognize its patterns, the moon offers something more immediate—something we can feel, track, and respond to in real time. This isn’t about belief, it’s about observation.
NEW MOON: NOURISH
FIRST QUARTER: ACTIVATE
FULL MOON: FULFILL
LAST QUARTER: INTEGRATE
The lunar cycle is not something separate from our lives—it is a mirror of them. Each phase offers a different quality of presence, a different way of engaging with energy, focus, and experience… Gentle reminders of Nature’s rhythm and flow, night after night.
It’s yet another nature-based tool for tracking subtle shifts in energy, softening resistance to change; remembering that not every moment is meant for action, and not every phase is meant to be held onto. When we begin to feel the rhythm of Luna’s flow, life becomes less about forcing consistency—and more about moving with natural momentum.
𖦏 To explore the lunar phases as they unfold in real time, visit The Onescent Dial.

Daily Rhythms
Where the flow or force becomes apparent in our own lives
Zooming in even further, we come to the rhythms of a single day.
Energy rises. Energy falls.
Focus sharpens. Focus softens.
There are moments for action, and moments for restoration.
Cycles in Harmony isn’t something you check once n’ awhile.
Nature is already the reason you live—moment by moment, choice by choice—regardless of how aware you decide to be… But I mean, why not give at least some of your attention to what’s truly timeless?

꩜ SUBTLE INFLUENCES: FIELD MODULATION
Within Cycles in Harmony, planetary movements and astrological transits are not treated as defining forces, but still recognized as subtle field modulators.
They represent shifts in the broader energetic environment—currents that may influence tone, perception, and patterning—but do not override the more immediate conditions of lived experience. Instead, these influences are considered in proportion to their relative scale.
Celestial bodies exert different degrees of gravitational presence, and within this cosmology, that hierarchy matters. The Sun and Moon remain primary anchors of experience, while planetary movements are observed as secondary layers: informative, but not directive.
This allows us to remain aware of these wider currents without becoming disconnected from what is directly observable: the light in the sky. the rhythm of the local seasons, the consequential state of the body, etc..
𖦏 To explore the planetary movements as they’ve happened throughout time, visit The Onescent Dial.
If you’re like me, noticing these patterns is just the beginning.
Living them consistently… Now, that’s how things actually change. And it’s actually not as hard, nor does it take as long, as you might think either.
Nature helped me heal in ways modern medicine wasn’t even willing to consider I needed to. Her wisdom it the most profound teacher, because it’s truly reconnecting you to what’s real: as within, so without…
As the compounding benefits of fulfillment and flow have been increasing the enjoyment of my own life, I’ve also been busy: creating tools, journals, and guided systems to help anyone—not only understand these cycles—but integrate them into their daily lives.
Awareness is powerful, and certainly the first step, but embodiment is what transforms everything.

✶
How Place Influences the Cycles
The unique modern considerations for globalized terrestrial life
The cycles do not exist in abstraction; they are lived through place, environment, and the unique conditions of where we are on Earth. This presents an opportunity that ancient astronomers and leaders didn’t have to consider at all—they were often anchored in one location for their observations.
However, while the solar, lunar, and archetypal cycles offer a shared framework, their expression is never identical across the globe. Consequently, most of our surviving documentation about temporal cycles comes from the temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere… Which leaves a lot of our terrestrial conditions out of the equation completely. For example:
- In the Southern Hemisphere, light behaves differently, inverting the seasons of the North.
- In equatorial and polar zones, seasons unfold uniquely as well; conditions of either balance or extremity meet their own expansions.
- Natural, cyclical rhythms persist across the globe, but how they’re experienced is largely shaped by location.
This is how Cycles in Harmony deepens beyond astrology and becomes cosmology.
We know that the ancients of all continents have tracked celestial movements, for the purposes of spirituality, agriculture, and migration for millennia, but now we have the opportunity to unify our experiences like never before. By utilizing technology to gain globalized perspective, we finally get to witness how Nature’s cycles are simultaneously mirroring and refracting themselves, at all times.

The Hemispheres
Light’s primary force of dynamic contrast & balance on Earth
I have begun to track the hemispheres to account for the inversion of the light cycle—recognizing that what is emerging in one half of the world is releasing in the other. These are not exceptions, but actually expressions of the same cycle, lived in balancing contrast.
Though I have yet to fully update this website to represent a complete integration of this awareness (I’m still observing and learning myself), The Onescent Dial already utilizes it to both visually and explicitly illustrate the variety of experiences available to us here on Earth at any given place(s) and time(s).
Additionally, unlike traditional astrology (which is commonly being applied globally without any contextual change), Cycles in Harmony recognizes that the same cosmic events will always be felt differently because of the importance of our terrestrial environmental factors.
Yes, we may exist within a solar system, but we are observing it from a specific location on this planet. Therefore, in The Onescent Dial, the field conditions and modulations are weighted accordingly: Earth and the context of place naturally have the most gravity.

Geographical Regions
The areas of extreme balance & balanced extremes
As I am starting to observe the expressions of the cycle in equatorial regions, I’ve discovered that the rhythm there is not defined by four seasons, but rather the interplay of wet and dry cycles—primary and secondary pulses of activation and integration. This sort of wobble creates an extremity of balance itself, yet the cycle still persists within the twist.
Similarly, in learning to honor the unique expressions of the cycle in polar regions, I’ve found that the experience of light transforms entirely—inviting extreme periods of nurturing and fulfillment. Yet, even these areas are always moving through the phases of returning light, continuous day, fading light, and extended darkness.
Beyond seasonal patterns, these regions also allow us to consider the more subtle environmental forces shaping our experience, like:
- Fluctuations in daylight hours (Solar or Lunar dominance)
- Magnetic Declination
- Climate Character
- Prevailing Winds, etc.
In Cycles in Harmony, these lived and environmental conditions are given meaningful weight because they directly shape how we move, feel, and respond within the cycles of light and life.
This is not about predicting experience, but it is about recognizing it more fully. Having this type of multifaceted awareness creates space for more compassion for others, and ourselves.
The truth is, these influences are not always visible—but they are often felt… And they’re not the only ones.

Space Weather
The interactions of Earth’s geomagnetic field & solar flares
Solar activity, including flares and consequential geomagnetic changes, can create nuanced shifts in atmospheric and environmental conditions. Though I am only just beginning these explorations, some of the evidence available is truly fascinating.
Currently, The Onescent Dial tracks these phenomenon as well. Though their involvement in cosmological synthesis and phasal understanding remains minimal, the opportunity for continued observations and considerations are very exciting.

꩜ EVOLVING WITH THE CYCLE: HONORING EARTH’S OWN GRAVITY
This layer of Cycles in Harmony is an ongoing exploration; a living study of how time, place, and energy interact, becoming dynamic embodiment.
As our global connections expand, and as more patterns are observed, tracked, and shared, this system will continue to evolve: becoming more refined, more responsive, and more attuned to the diverse realities of lived experience across the Earth.
Currently, the Onescent Dial best reflects this work and makes explorations more accessible. My goal is to have it fully integrated into this site, creating a truly global resource (that doesn’t favor any one “dominant” expression or experience). This will never become a fixed authority—but it will grow along with us as a tool; shaped by observation, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding the rhythms we are all a part of.
𖦏 To explore the spacio-temporal opportunities of the cosmology for yourself, visit The Onescent Dial.

Living Rhythms
Where the cycles become embodied within our experiences
All of these patterns—solar, lunar, seasonal, and environmental—are not happening somewhere else.
They are happening where you are: through your sky, your land, and your body.
The cycles are not separate from your experience—they are shaping it, continuously and in real time—whether you acknowledge them or not.
That’s the thing about truth: it is.
It doesn’t need our attention, validation, or acceptance. It is, and it cannot not be.
It won’t be loud. It won’t demand compliance or belief… And just like Nature herself, when all is said and done, it will remain.
So, I invite you: take a break from the noise of delusion and desperation; tune back into the steady, gentle hum of Nature’s supportive and sustaining cosmos.

Living the Rhythm: Embodying the Flow
Nature is always inviting our unique participation
When we begin to consider place, something shifts: the rhythm becomes more precise, more personal, and more real. We start to notice how light actually moves across our days, how the air feels as seasons transition… How life’s energy rises, holds, and releases in ways that are unique to our environment, and our own lives.
This is where awareness becomes relationship. This is the original tuning in.
Life is not something we study from a distance, it’s something we participate in.
In Cycles in Harmony, living the rhythm is not about following a fixed system, but rather, learning to read what is already present:
- To recognize the signals in your surroundings.
- To trust the patterns as they unfold.
- To respond, increasingly aligned with both your inner world and the conditions around you.
The truth is: there is no single way to live these cycles, only a deepening awareness of how they are already living through you.
But, from that awareness, something steady begins to emerge: clarity, self-trust, and real empowerment.

Thank you for being here, now, with me—participating in life
Wow, that was a lot of information!
However you may have ended up at its conclusion, I appreciate your willingness to receive and either be triggered or activated by it.
Truly, I couldn’t be more grateful or excited about this connection, this relationship, that we are also building. I want to be here for you, beside you, taking it all in as the power of the people is restored to us, naturally.
That’s the real reason I am presenting this cosmology as a living, dynamic, and accessible system: we need all of us—whoever, however, and wherever we are—to remember our true power.
I hope the tools I’m building can help, here they are again if you want to check any out:
